Exchange and Refund policy


We provide exchange upto one week after date of purchase. All products are subject to inspection before the issuance of any exchange. Product must be in sale-able condition. We do not do refunds.

There may be the occasional damage / defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the piece. We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Product must be returned in the same package as received by you. The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement being sent back to you. We would need 7 working days for a replacement to be provided and request your patience for the same.
Products on sale are not qualified for refund or exchange.
